I finally finished it! 
I'm quite happy with the result, some things aren't wholly right but... nah, can't do anything right can I? That's why I have to keep practising. 
But for now I'm happy with the result. I love the face expression and the face itself, especially the hair. And I love the way I gave texture to the gloves and the sweater, (I adore scandinavian patterns! XD)
This was a project right after testweek last week. O__o I was in the mood to draw something... anything! Just to relax a bit, and this is the result!
Next project is someone in dobok.
